Getting started

How do I get started?

Create an account or use guest entry where available, set your baseline, choose a quit or reduction goal, and follow the daily target shown on Home.

How does a quit plan work?

Your plan uses profile details, baseline use, current goal, and estimated quit date to show a trajectory. ClearAir supports reducing use, but does not guarantee a quit outcome.

Logging and progress

How do I log puffs?

Use quick logging controls, including +1, +5, and +10. Logging consistently helps the app show target status, current gap, trends, and estimated progress.

What do targets and progress mean?

Targets help pace the day. Progress views may show logged vs target, money saved, puffs avoided, target streaks, and patterns. Values are estimates based on your inputs and logs.

Premium and permissions

What is included in Premium?

Premium may include adaptive targets, AI coach insights, personalised SOS, guided programs, voice journal reflections, smart notifications, custom milestones, advanced analytics, and health signal integration where permissions are granted.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check device notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, and ClearAir notification preferences. Smart notifications also depend on app version, platform, and Premium availability.

How do Apple Health and Health Connect permissions work?

Health integrations are optional and read-only where supported. You can grant or revoke categories such as sleep, steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, or HRV in Apple Health, Health Connect, or system settings.

Privacy and account deletion

How do I delete my account?

Use the in-app delete account capability where available, or visit the delete account page for email instructions.

Is ClearAir medical advice?

No. ClearAir is not medical advice, a medical device, a diagnosis tool, a treatment substitute, or an emergency service. For medical decisions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Cancel on iOS

Open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select ClearAir, then choose Cancel Subscription. Apple controls billing, renewal, refunds, and subscription management for Apple purchases.

Cancel on Android

Google Play support is coming soon. Once the Android listing is live, subscriptions purchased through Google Play will be managed in Google Play account settings under Payments and subscriptions.
