Account deletion

Delete your ClearAir account

ClearAir supports account deletion from within the app where available. You can also request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

1. Open ClearAir.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open account or settings controls.
4. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@clearair.app with Privacy Request in the subject line. Include the email address associated with your ClearAir account so we can locate it.

What deletion covers

Deleting your account removes or anonymizes associated personal data from active systems within the timeframe described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention needs, backups, fraud prevention, security, and transaction records we may be required to retain.

Subscription note

Deleting a ClearAir account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
